Schmitt Title was founded in the mid 1800’s. As the oldest title company in Winnebago County, Schmitt Title offers a wealth of industry resources and knowledge. In 2012, Schmitt Title joined the Preferred Title family and added locations in Appleton, Fond du Lac, and Wautoma. Today Schmitt Title takes pride in being locally owned and serving customers throughout the Fox Valley and Central Wisconsin. Our experienced staff and standing in the community has allowed us to remain industry leaders for over 150 years.
